- 2 oz Bacardi Zombie
- 2 oz Loco Nut by Captain Morgan
- 6 oz orange juice
ice + S H A K E + pour:side note. Originally, we were going to use blue curacao to achieve this color but we couldn’t find any the day of (update: total wine has it). So, we used Bacardi Zombie instead, and while the alcohol may taste like high school to some, it’s actually freakin’ delicious in this drink! So, cheers to happy accidents!
Irish Mule (a.k.a. Pot of ‘Gold’)
- 2 oz Jameson Whiskey
- Juice from 1/2 a lime
- 1/2 cup ginger ale
- 1 lime wedge for garnish
Served over crushed ice in copper mug with copper straw if possible.
Leprechauns are Coconuts for Almond Cream (VEGAN)
- 3 oz Bailey’s Almande
- 1 0z Amaretto
- 4 oz Coconut Water
Served over ice, garnish with edible gold. This dessert drink is the perfect pairing to these dark chocolate stout brownies (also vegan!).
- 1 tablespoon sweet Matcha tea powder
- 3 oz distilled water
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3 oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
mix water + matcha, stir, add juice, simple syrup, gin, and ice. S H A K E. strain. serve up.
